I have over 15 years experience in the health & fitness industry, am a tertiary qualified nutritionist and exercise scientist, trainer, mother of three, and lifelong athlete.
I am on a mission to educate and empower women, and fitness professionals working with women, everywhere, on safe, effective and enjoyable exercise for pregnancy and motherhood.
I know that once a woman enters the ‘Hood (motherhood), they are there for life and when it comes to exercising at any stage ALL Mums matter, regardless of how long you’ve been in the ‘hood for.
